    借力第八屆進博會，立邦攜手上海人社“刷新”技能人才培養體系

    11月9日，在第八屆中國國際進口博覽會（以下簡稱“進博會”）上，立邦與上海市人力資源和社會保障局（以下簡稱“上海人社”）直屬單位——上海市職業技能鑒定中心達成戰略合作。雙方將圍繞“一試雙證”培訓與認證模式，在職業技能評價與人才培養領域開展合作探索，推動企業標准與國家職業標准貫通，完善技能評價與用工銜接機制，促進高水平技能人才的培育與成長。

    當前，我國正處在“十四五”技能人才工作深化推進、“十五五”規劃謀篇布局的關鍵階段，加快構建産教融合、政企協同的技能人才培養體系已成爲推動産業升級的重要支撐。隨著施工端對標准化、專業化人才的需求持續上升，塗裝行業更加重視以職業標准爲牽引的人才建設。呼應國家技能人才培養方向，立邦于2023年率先在行業內開展“一試雙證”分級認證探索，並在行業協會夥伴的支持下，不斷拓展認證工種。目前，立邦已對建築塗裝工、藝術塗裝師、防水工、鑲貼工、地坪鋪裝工這五個工種啓動認證，並持續完善不同領域的分級認證體系，爲行業建立規範、可持續的人才成長路徑。

    上海市職業技能鑒定中心作爲上海人社所屬機構，承擔本市勞動者職業技能等級認定的指導和監管等工作。通過本次合作，雙方將以裝飾裝修工（藝術塗裝師）爲首批試點工種，圍繞“一試雙證”在上海開展規範化探索。未來，通過考核的學員即可獲得立邦與上海職業技能鑒定中心認可的兩個認證證書。

    立邦中國首席運營官孫榮隆表示：“我們相信，行業發展離不開高質量的人才儲備。自2009年立邦産業人才發展中心成立以來，我們就積極通過政企聯動、培訓認證、産教融合等途徑，努力構建更符合一線需求的人才培養體系。至今，我們不僅吸納了不少優秀人才加入立邦，還爲行業培養和輸送了超過42萬名專業人才。這次能夠與上海人社展開合作，不僅是我們的努力被‘看到’的結果，也是我們持續完善‘培養—認證—就業’生態體系的重要一步。”

    上海市職業技能鑒定中心黨總支書記、主任李晔也分享了對本次合作的期待：“今年8月國家職業標准的出台，爲藝術塗裝師鋪就了清晰的職業晉級之路。我們很高興能與立邦這樣的優秀企業啓動首批試點合作，一同探索如何將企業成熟的人才培養經驗與國家標准更有效地銜接起來，將流程落到實處，並加以規範。我們希望以這次試點爲起點，逐步完善出一套可推廣、可複制的成熟模式，真正讓職業技能標准服務于市場需求，爲技能人才的職業發展探索出一條更暢通的道路。”

    未来立邦将继续发挥自身在培训资源、场景应用与服务网络方面的优势，与产学研及行业机构形成合力，推进标准互认与评价衔接，推动人才结构向专业化、标准化发展。依托進博會这一开放平台，立邦也将与更多合作伙伴共建共育，构建更加高效的产业人才培养体系，以务实行动服务产业升级与城市高质量发展。
